Adult Tap (beginners/improvers)
This beginners class is an introduction to Tap dancing, you will learn Tap technique, rhythms and combine steps to create short routines. In this class we are currently working through BBO Tap Grades One, Two and Three.
Adult Tap (intermediates)
This is a class for the more experienced tapper.
Currently working on BBO Grades 5 and 6
Jazz Technique class
For the more experienced dancer, this class combines Jazz techniques such as turns, kicks and leaps with a modern street style making this an energetic, explosive funky class.
Contemporary Dance
For the experienced dancer, this class uses classical techniques in a fluid way. Combines technique with performance.
Nursery ballet/Tap/ Imagination (2 1/2-4yrs)
An introduction to Ballet and Tap that highlights basic technique without being too 'structured'. We use Mime and imaginative movement to explore Ballet and Tap.
Pre Syllabus Ballet and Tap (4-6yrs)
A slightly more structured class that reinforces Ballet and Tap techniques and introduces rhythm and musical timing but still keeping fun and energetic.
Street Dance (children, teens & adults)
A lively and energetic class, using the latest songs and dance moves to create funky street style routines.
A Great class for confidence boosting, keeping fit and making friends.
Strictly Ballroom and Latin
Learn to dance Strictly style. You will learn to Foxtrot, Rumba, Cha Cha cha, Tango and more. You don't need a partner. Class by booking only. Contact us for details

Aero-Funk
Tired of doing grapevines and box steps? Try Aero-funk, a fusion of dance styles from disco and hiphop to salsa and jazz all combined into an aerobic routine designed to raise your heart rate and increase fitness levels. Good coordination is required for this class
Body Blast
A mixture of aerobics and toning geared to improve Cardio Vascular fitness and to tone and strengthen problem areas.
Salsa Aerobics
This energetic style will have you 'mamboing' and hip swinging your way to fitness - strictly come dancing style. Good coordination is required for this class
Stretch and Strong
A calming way to encourage lean muscle tone, strength and suppleness without the use of impact. combines elements of Yoga, Pilates and ballet.
Bootcamp/Circuits
Got an important event you got to look your best for? Then try out our boot camp. This class combines a Cardio Vascular workout witha strength training circuit to help you drop those pounds and tone your target areas.
Fitness Pole Dance
Pole dance is a fun way to keep fit, it can improve strength, muscle tone and increases flexibility... not to mention a confidence booster and a great laugh!!!

Thai-Bo
A High Calorie burning workout. And aerobic boxing workout to burn calories and tone the whole body. Beware You WILL sweat!!
Abs Blast
A Half hour class targeting the core muscles. This workout will tone and strengthen your abdominals. Crunch your way to a flat, wash board tummy
